Maui Road Bike Rentals by Boss Frog’s

Maui Road Bike Fuji Aero bicycle rental

Maui Mountain Bike Rental

Yes! The Boss Frog’s Ride! The Frog’s want you to have a great ride. We picked the Fuji Aero 3.0 SST because it’s comfortable, durable, light weight, has great components, climbs well and likes to go fast!

This bike can be ridden for 60+ miles no problem and is great for the infamous West Maui Loop. The highways on Maui, for the most part, have a large shoulder and minimal traffic lights, which really facilitate great road rides. You can ride anywhere on the island except the south east side of Haleakala. Well, I shouldn’t say can’t, however, the road is not maintained, dirt in some portions and can be quite bone jarring without suspension. Why bother?

Check out our popular road rides.

A quote from one of our visitors from Seattle: “The West Maui loop ride is one of the most beautiful rides in the world.”

Reservations are available for weekly bike rentals only. Click here to reserve today.

    Hi,

Checking to see if you have a road bike rental location in Kehei as we will be staying in Malaeea in May. We would likely rent bikes (2) for 8 days. What would the cost be?
If we decide to bring our bikes and not rent do you provide a service to unpack and reassemble bike and the reverse for return flight to Canada.

    Thanks in advance
    Stewart

      Thanks for asking Stewart,

We do have a shop in Kihei at 1770 South Kihei Rd.

For each bike, it costs $200/week and $50/day.

Aloha and we hope you have a great time on Maui.

Aloha! I’m a budding triathlete and would love to continue to train while in Maui. I am not familiar with the Fugi brand and question your earlier statement that the bike is good for 60k. What happens after 60k?? Can the bike not handle more miles?

I know that different brands of bikes fit differently so what’s the best way to ensure a proper fit? Pre-order the bike or come in for a bike fit once I’m on the island?

    I look forward to connecting.

    • Biker-Frog says:

Nothing happens after 60k Alison but normally no one is going to go farther than that is a day on Maui. So it is a good number to define that. The best way to fit is to go to a local bike shop that carry the Fujis, get fitted and then order the same size from us once you get here and bring your pedals and shoes with you. That should give you the best overall experience.

We are going to be visiting Kihei in April and would like to rent some road bikes. Would you have a variety of helmets for rent? I presume that if we bring our pedals and bike shoes we can swap these for the time we went a bike? What are the frame sizes you have available for rent?
    Thanks.

    • Biker-Frog says:

Hi Lynda and thanks for asking.
We have a selection of helmets and you can use your own pedals and it is preferred.
We have sizes 47,50,52,54,56,58 and 60 bikes for the Fuji Aero SST 3.0 road bikes.

Aloha and thank your for asking!
